Shipping Area We currently ship only to physical addresses within the United States (all 50 states).

Shipping Restrictions Please note that we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International addresses or U.S. Territories

All orders must have a valid physical street address.

Order Processing & Handling

Order Cut-Off Time Our business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT), excluding federal holidays.

To ensure timely processing, our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (PT), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend/holiday, will be considered as placed on the next business day.

Order Processing (Handling) Time Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, please allow 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday) for order processing and handling. This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the shipping transit time.

We do not charge any additional handling fees.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, flat-rate Standard Shipping for all orders based on your total purchase value. All shipping fees are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $199.00 and over):

    • Fee: FREE

    • Estimated Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $199.00):

    • Fee: $7.99

    • Estimated Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Estimated Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package after it has been processed and picked up from our facility. Transit time is estimated at 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable national carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to deliver your order.

Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer delivery transit times than the 5-7 business day estimate.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package’s progress directly with the carrier.

Sales Tax

As required by U.S. law, sales tax is not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Strategy Shoe Llc is obligated to collect sales tax in all states where we have an economic nexus.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed clearly on the checkout page before you finalize your payment. The tax amount is based on the specific shipping address of your order. Google also automatically calculates and displays the correct tax for your location.

Address Accuracy The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

Strategy Shoe Llc is not responsible for packages that are lost, returned to sender, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@strategyshoellc.com. We can only update the address before the order has entered the processing stage. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Items If your book arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit (i.e., the tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Issue Resolution Time We aim to investigate and resolve all shipping-related issues (such as damaged or lost items) within 5-7 business days of being notified.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items We strive to ensure all listed books are available. In the rare event that an item you ordered is out-of-stock or unexpectedly delayed, we will notify you immediately via email. We will provide options, such as waiting for the item, selecting an alternative, or receiving a full refund for that item. 

Delays Outside Our Control We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier-related delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
