We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Receive Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Ship the Item: You must send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return :
For Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need it, you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Strategy Shoe Llc will pay for the return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned books and products must be in their original, resalable condition, as described in the “Eligibility” section. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged, used, or in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either through a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Not Received
Strategy Shoe Llc is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked them as “Delivered.” We recommend you contact the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) directly to file a claim. Please also notify us, and we will do our best to assist you.
