1. Where is Strategy Shoe located?
Our business is registered and based in Los Angeles, California. To offer a wide variety of styles and ensure efficient delivery, we partner with a network of specialized footwear fulfillment centers located across the United States.
2. Where do my shoes ship from?
Your order will be shipped directly from one of our U.S.-based partner warehouses. This allows us to get your products to you faster and more reliably.
3. Are the shoes true to size?
We carry a variety of brands and styles, so fit can vary. We strongly recommend consulting the detailed Size Chart located on each product page before making a purchase. This is the best way to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Ordering & Shipping
4. How long does it take to get my order?
Our total estimated delivery time is approximately 7-11 business days. This timeline is a combination of two stages:

Order Processing: 2-4 business days for our fulfillment partner to process, pick, and pack your order.

Shipping Transit: 5-7 business days for USPS to deliver your package.

5. How much does shipping cost?
It’s simple: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders under $199. If your order is $199 or more, shipping is on us!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our partner’s warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After this time, your order is transmitted to our fulfillment partner for processing and cannot be modified. Please email us immediately at contact@strategyshoellc.com for any urgent requests.
Returns & Refunds
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund.
9. How do I start a return?
This seems important. It is! Our return process is very specific. You must email us first at contact@strategyshoellc.com to initiate a return. We will then provide you with authorization and the correct return address, which may be different from our corporate address. Do not send items back without receiving these instructions.
10. Can I return shoes if they don’t fit or I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for unworn, new-condition items for any reason. However, please be aware that for returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
11. Who pays for return shipping if the item is defective?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, Strategy Shoe LLC will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
12. How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The funds will be credited to your original payment method.
