1. Our Fulfillment Process: A U.S.-Based Partnership

To bring you a diverse and high-quality selection, we operate through a network of U.S.-based fulfillment partners. This means your order is shipped directly from our partner’s warehouse located within the United States. Our process consists of two key stages:

  • Stage 1: Order Processing (2-4 Business Days) Once your order is confirmed, it is securely transmitted to our fulfillment partner. Their team then locates your items, performs a quality check, and carefully packages your order. This processing stage takes 2-4 business days. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after our 6:00 PM (PT) cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Stage 2: Shipping Transit (5-7 Business Days) After processing, your package is handed off to USPS for delivery. The standard transit time for delivery to addresses within the United States is 5-7 business days.

2. Your Total Estimated Delivery Timeline

To provide the clearest possible timeline, your total expected delivery window is:

Total Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (2-4 days) + Shipping Time (5-7 days) = Approximately 7-11 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Associated Costs

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping structure for your convenience.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders with a subtotal under $199 will have a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.

    • Orders with a subtotal of $199 or more will receive FREE standard shipping.

  • Handling Charges: The shipping fee is all-inclusive. It covers all postage, packaging, and handling costs. There are no surprise fees.

4. Shipping Area & Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Shipping Restrictions: To ensure a secure and successful delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

5. Order Tracking & Status

The moment your order is dispatched from our partner’s warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your USPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

6. Important Order Information

  • Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax. The final tax amount is not included in the product price and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific shipping address. It will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delivery issues stemming from incorrect address information. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment partner.

7. Resolving Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is considered lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist.

  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other external factors (Delays Outside Our Control). In case of a known delay with a product (Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items), we will notify you immediately.

  • Issue Resolution Time: Our team is committed to investigating and responding to all shipping-related inquiries within 5-7 business days.
