Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.) processed securely through Stripe. We also offer the convenience of paying with your PayPal account.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our entire website, including the checkout page, is protected by a valid SSL (HTTPS) certificate. All payment information is encrypted and processed directly by our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping address. As an online business, we are required to collect and remit sales tax in all states where we have a legal nexus, according to current U.S. state and local laws.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at contact@strategyshoellc.com. If the order has already entered our processing stage, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may return it for a refund once you receive it.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

What are your shipping restrictions?

We ship to valid physical street addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any international addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our order fulfillment process has two parts:

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri) for us to process and pack your order.
  • Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, your order will take an estimated 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri) to arrive.

You can expect your total delivery time to be approximately 7–11 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:

  • Orders $199.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $199.00: $7.99 Standard Shipping

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to these states may experience longer delivery transit times than our standard 5–7 business day estimate.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, including if you simply changed your mind.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at contact@strategyshoellc.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to “buyer’s remorse” (e.g., changed your mind), you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we (Strategy Shoe LLC) will cover the cost of return shipping.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
