1. Our Core Return Promise

We’ve built our policy to be as simple and customer-friendly as possible.

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have a full 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.

  • Fast Refund Processing: Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Absolutely No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

2. The 3-Step Return Process

To ensure a smooth and efficient return, please follow these steps precisely:

  • Step 1: Initiate Your Return via Email Before sending anything back, you must contact our support team at contact@strategyshoellc.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

  • Step 2: Receive Authorization and Instructions Our team will review your request. If it meets our policy guidelines, we will provide you with a return authorization and, most importantly, the correct return shipping address. As we ship from various partner warehouses, this step is crucial to ensure your package goes to the right location.

  • Step 3: Ship Your Item Securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (return method) for your return, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

3. Return Eligibility and Conditions

  • Eligible Reasons for Return (Reason for Return): We accept returns for all reasons, including if the item is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or you simply changed your mind.

  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be in original, new, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of wear or damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the Error is Ours: If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Strategy Shoe LLC will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • For All Other Returns: For returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Delivery Issues

  • Exchange Policy: The simplest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment partner and cannot be modified.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us as “undeliverable” are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping costs. We can arrange for re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
